HOLLADAY — An animal rights group is offering a $1,000 reward for the return of a missing Chihuahua.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals announced the reward for the safe return of Bitsy, who vanished from her home on Aug. 3. PETA said Bitsy was being chased through the neighborhood by a stranger, then disappeared.

The dog suffers from medical problems, PETA said. Anyone with information is asked to call 801-671-5467.
