    @UtahBlueDevil "I don't understand the administration's public declarations of false news as it benefits them nothing to do so.... other than sooth Trump's ego he did it all on his own."

    Apparently you do understand their declarations of false news - it's all about what Trump feels.

    Lee must be willfully ignorant to say that Trump is cooperating. Even if we assume that Trump has nothing to hide Trump doesn't cooperate with anyone. He does what he wants. If you happen to want the same thing it looks like he is cooperating but he's still thinking not one bit about cooperating with you.

    @joyfully
    "Not one person or investigation has anything on Trump; if they did we would all know, especially with all the leaking."
    First of all, there's no need to leak anything because Trump has admitted to the violations. Furthermore, how would you know whether progress has been made or not? Would the FBI brief you about their classified investigation to date? You have the necessary security clearances for that briefing? Also, the Flynn investigation has just started using the federal grand jury. GJ proceedings are secret and those who violate the secrecy are subject to criminal penalties. The only investigation up until now with any consequence is the FBI's because it carries potential criminal penalties when it's done. It's unlikely any FBI agent in this country who would assume personal risk by leaking a classified investigation. There's nothing gained by doing so. Congressional inquiries are largely about political grandstanding and carry very little consequence, thus have little to share with you and even less credibility. Case in point, for all the "oversight" investigations Chaffetz has done, what has ever come out of them? Nothing productive of which I'm aware.

    Definitions of cooperation:

    1) the process of working together to the same end.
    synonyms:collaboration, joint action, combined effort, teamwork, partnership, coordination, association, synergy, synergism, give and take, compromise

    2) assistance, especially by ready compliance with requests.
    synonyms:assistance, helpfulness, help, helping hand, aid

    Tell us again how Trump is cooperating? Oh yeah, with the RUSSIANS!

    Lee is crazy. Sure is looking like there is a smoking gun and it will be interesting to see the evidence. I saw with a smoking gun, Trump and gang are out in 1 year from their inauguration. I'll wait for the evidence and I am not a fan of Trump, but he deserves due process under the rules of the Constitution. However, sure looking guilty right now .

    @Happy Valley Heretic

    Reagan was able to work with the opposition and Obama wasn't? I'm shocked! Just another reason why Reagan was a lot better than Obama was.

    Note to future presidents: When you have a "my way or the highway" attitude and make statements like "you can join the ride but you have to sit in the back of the bus", you're not going to be able to achieve as much.

    And the blame game continues. The sad thing is they still wonder how they could have lost the election (while they riot and go to townhouse meetings and yell and scream and shout down people).

    Have you looked at the comparisons between Reagan's recovery and Obama's "recovery"? There's a reason people refer to Obama's "recovery" as a "recovery" and not as a recovery.

    Reagan had cooperation, Obama had half the government sitting on their hands as they refused to work with him from day one. Yep your gang won the war against America to win an election.

    This was the meeting from which American journalists were barred, but Russian media was allowed to cover. In the Oval Office. With Russia's top spy. Doh!

    BTW,

    trump shared classified information with the Russians... in his Russian ONLY meeting.

    Why?

    Because he can...the POTUS can declassify information.

    Yet...trump's paid handlers later denied the report.

    Why deny something... that trump did... something that he can do?

    At this point in time, what else would you expect, in trump's misadministration?

    The entire trump misadministration continues to require Americans to suspend their disbelief.

    It used to be so easy to look your kids in the eye and tell them the reasons you voted against Hillary and for Donald Trump. Then that Access Hollywood thing came out and it was pretty easy to look my sons in the eye--(wink wink--locker room talk lads-just like deer hunting talk--nothing serious..) but not as easy to look my teen daughter in the eye. Now everyone is looking at me like I'm being a bit of a coward when I excuse the firing of James Comey and blame it all on jealous Dems who are angry about losing the election. When Mr. Trump admitted he fired Comey because of the Trump/Russia thing--after I parroted what Mr. Pence, Spicer and Ms. Huckabee Sanders said, to everyone I know--I started having trouble looking my dog in the eye (and that old cuss used to love me dearly). Now that he's threatened Mr. Comey to zip it because he might have taped him secretly, I've decided to buy some really dark Walmart glasses. It's getting so the only two people I can look squarely in the eye are my goldfish and Sean Hannity and neither one of them want to talk to me. I'll tell ya--makin' America great again is some kind a lonely business.

    Lia- I love that you simply copied a meme from 18 months ago. The '14M' jobs Obama created starts at year 3, so simply ignoring his first 2 years of job loss might is misleading. During his entire presidency it would be 9.6 M, compared to Reagan who had 15.9 M. Oh, I should mention the population is 37% larger now, so in today's numbers it would have been 21.7 for Reagan (apples to apples). He did not reduce National Dept by a trillion. Try 707B (another problem when copying an old meme). Finally the stock market. The day he took office the DOW was at 828, so I guess that means it hit 25K right? I first saw the meme you copied back in early 2016 and at the time the DOW was around 16K, so that would not even be double from when he took office. The DOW was hovering right above 18K until Trump won the election. Look at it now. Oh, did you see the unemployment rate is at 4.4, the lowest since 2007. Hmm

    Mike is operating with a subjective perception and who knows re the objective outcome? "Exquisitely sensitive" to his Republican contexts and narratives he offers a plausible explanation conditioned in large part by the social/political network he's part of. In this "segregated" setting he slips and offers up the "cooperation" moniker when just days before, the impulsive DT failed to cooperate and fired the actor that held the handle on a (supposed) non-partisan investigation. Months back, DT "cooperated" gleefully (with the media) when Comey targeted Clinton. But when new cards were dealt from the deck and Comey set a new course down the Trump highway, one side asked for a special investigator/prosecutor and another dodged and gave it a pass. Trump feeling (falsely)betrayed - no one's pinning the tail on me! - and he let Comey free. The White House is in a pickle re picking an FBI replacement that is perceptively independent and straight; but to DT, that actor will be objectively loyal and beholden to the autocratic master, and much of the Russian investigation, will (?) slide/hide behind the curtain.

    "If you liberals want to investigate something, start with how Hillary's classified emails were found on Anthony Weiner's (and who knows who else's) computer by the FBI? Dang it! Dang that Hillary messing everything up for you!"

    So here is the irony. That issue was investigated by three different groups, including the Justice Department/FBI and congress. Three times no charges resulted. Not saying stupid things weren't done... absolutely were. But the nation has spent millions on the subject.

    And in typical fashion, now that there is a potential issue with Russia, conservatives don't want to look at it. Rather they want to go back and spend more money on Hillary. Talk about diversion. This has absolutely nothing to do with trying to find the truth.... this select group of conservatives just want someone to validate what they want to believe is the truth.

    If there is nothing there.... there is nothing to be worried about. Why are conservatives protesting an investigation if there is nothing to worry about? Why are conservatives trying to defend and shield the Russians?
